Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of t3rra.co and any related subdomains, pages, interactive demos, and documents made available by T3RRA LTD (“T3RRA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Nature of the site

The T3RRA website is an informational and marketing resource describing the T3RRA research, standards, and capital markets services. The site is not a trading venue, not a subscription platform, and not a vehicle through which any security, token, or financial instrument is offered, sold, or distributed. All capital markets activity takes place under separate, privately negotiated engagement documents.

2. No offer, no solicitation

Nothing on the site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or financial instrument, nor does it constitute investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any offering of securities will be made only pursuant to separate offering documents delivered to eligible investors in jurisdictions where such offering is permitted. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the site is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

4. Permitted use

You may access and view the site for lawful informational purposes. You may read, cite, and reference the publicly posted T3RRA papers subject to the license indicated on each paper. You may use the interactive demos for evaluation and learning purposes.

5. Prohibited use

You may not: (a) use the site or any demo in violation of applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to probe, scan, test, or breach the security of the site or any connected system except through the disclosure process described at /security; (c) access any non-public area of the site or of any system controlled by T3RRA; (d) use automated means to extract data from the site beyond normal crawling by search engines operating within robots.txt; (e) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization; (f) use the site to distribute malware, phishing content, or unlawful content; (g) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the T3RRA marks; (h) use any demo output as if it were a production-grade cryptographic artifact — all demo output is illustrative only and so marked.

6. Intellectual property

The T3RRA name, monogram, wordmark, and all proprietary text, graphics, interfaces, and source code on the site are the intellectual property of T3RRA LTD or its licensors. The T3RRA research papers are made available under the license stated on each paper. Except as expressly stated, no right or license is granted to you in respect of any T3RRA intellectual property.

7. Third-party links and resources

The site may link to third-party websites, repositories, and research. T3RRA does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, or accuracy of any third-party resource. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

8. User submissions

If you submit a form, email, or message through the site, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. By submitting a mandate inquiry or similar communication, you acknowledge that you are not forming a client relationship with T3RRA until and unless a separate engagement agreement is signed. Do not submit confidential, privileged, or material non-public information through the public site — use the contact addresses listed at /contact and, for security disclosures, follow the process at /security.

9. Disclaimers

The site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. T3RRA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, and freedom from error or interruption, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will T3RRA, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the site, regardless of the theory of liability and even if T3RRA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. T3RRA's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless T3RRA and its affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise, nothing in this section limits the rights you have under that mandatory law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a banner on the site for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the site after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
