Nothing on this site, including any paper, demo, illustration, presentation, or communication, constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token, investment, fund interest, or financial instrument. Any offering of securities or similar instruments will be made only pursuant to separate offering documents delivered to eligible investors in jurisdictions where such offering is lawful. Receipt of information from this site does not create any subscription right, investor relationship, or expectation of future participation.

6. Illustrative content in demos

The /demos sandbox pages contain interactive examples intended to illustrate how L3RS-1, PG[Σ], Flow, and the Agent Mesh operate. All cryptographic-looking artifacts shown in the demos — policy hashes, signatures, route certificates, transfer traces — are illustrative only, deterministic mock outputs, and must not be treated as production cryptographic artifacts. Each demo indicates the governing specification section; production behavior is governed by the specification, not the demo.

7. Research papers

The T3RRA research canon (Whitepaper, Cryptographic Specification, Flow Liquidity Engine, Tokenomics, Architecture) is made available for reading and academic reference subject to the license stated on each paper. The papers describe the T3RRA standards and design. Implementation details and operational parameters in production systems may differ from the papers; where the two differ, the production system is authoritative for T3RRA's own services.

8. Third-party names and marks

Third-party product names, company names, blockchain network names, and protocol names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third party does not imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

9. No reliance on historical performance

Any reference to historical performance, research activity, or prior work (including the L3COS research stream and participation in the Bank of England CBDC sandbox in 2020) is provided for context only. Past performance and prior research are not indicative of future results.

10. Sanctions and financial crime

T3RRA does not provide services to, and does not intend to provide services to, any person, entity, or jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and does not support use of its standards, platforms, or services to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any other financial crime. All T3RRA issuances enforce the FATF Recommendation 16 (“Travel Rule”) at the protocol level through the L3RS-1 ComplianceModule.
